*Program Fee Includes: LT Program Registration Fee, Overnight accommodation at The Balsams for # nights selected & Dinner and Breakfast for the night, Lunch on Wednesday (Lunch on Tuesday is on your own), Reception on Tuesday night, Admission to Chefs Symposium on Wednesday. These rates do not include rental of equipment, including golf carts, mountain bikes or incidentals.
