LT I Central NH, Science Biotechnology Day--SEE Science Center and Catholic Medical Center, Jan. 23, 2009

Our Science/Biotechnology Day is Friday, January 23rd from 8:30am-3:45pm (please note slight time change).

We begin at the SEE Science Center at 200 Bedford Street (http://www.see-sciencecenter.org/about-us/default.aspx) promptly at 8:30am.

We will relocate to the Catholic Medical Center at 100 McGregor Street (about 5 minutes away--http://www.catholicmedicalcenter.org/) at 10:40am.

Please note that the day is starting slightly later at 8:30am and will end at 3:45 instead of 3:30pm.

Directions to both facilities are below. Please note that there is metered parking at SEE so plan to bring quarters or you can use a credit card.

You are going to have some great opportunities to hear from and network with some of NH's finest leaders in science and medicine!

From the South: Take Route 3 North or Interstate 93 North to 293 North to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow directions below.
From the North: Take Interstate 93 South to 293 South to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Take a left at the end of the exit ramp. Follow directions below.

From the East: Take Route 101 West to Route 293 North to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow directions below.

From the West: Take Route 101 East to Route 293 North to Exit 5 (Granite Street Bridge Exit). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow directions below.

For All Directions, from Exit 5: Cross the river and take the first left at the traffic light onto Commercial Street. Travel less than a quarter mile on Commercial Street and take the first right onto Pleasant Street. Take the first left onto Bedford Street (one-way North). SEE is the first building on the left. Turn left into first driveway or park on Bedford Street (metered parking, accepts coins and credit cards). Enter the building through the glass staircase entrance and take the stairs or elevator to the fourth floor.

Parking: Please be aware that parking outside the SEE Science Center is metered so bring quarters or a credit card!

From Seacoast and Points East
Take Route 101 West. After Exit 1, follow signs to 93 South/101 West (signs will say Manchester/Boston). Stay right on I-93 South, take the exit for I-293/101 West, bear right. Stay right on I-293 toward Manchester/Concord. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street/W. Manchester. At the bottom of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights. Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street. Follow through to the second set of lights, Catholic Medical Center will be on the left. Take a right onto Foundry Street.

For patients, families and visitors, turn right into the parking garage and park on Levels 1 and 2. At any level of the parking garage you can access the Notre Dame Pavilion medical office building. Upon entering the Notre Dame Pavilion, take the elevators or stairs to Level 3. From Level 3 of the Notre Dame Pavilion there is a pedestrian sky bridge connecting into Catholic Medical Center. Or for those who prefer, walk up Foundry Street and cross McGregor Street in front of the hospital.

There is an additional surface parking lot off of McGregor Street. CMC provides complimentary shuttle transportation from this lot to the main entrance of the hospital Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 8:30PM and Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 4PM.

Handicap parking is available in front of the hospital, off of the McGregor Street parking lot and at the parking garage. If you require assistance, please feel free to drop off and pick up those needing assistance in the circular drive in front of the hospital.

From Nashua and Points South
Take I-93 North or Route 3 North to I-293 North. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street/W. Manchester. At the end of the ramp turn left onto Granite Street. At the bottom of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights. Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street. From Milford and Points West
Proceed on 101 East. Take a right at the junction of Routes 101 and 114 and continue on 101 East. Bear right onto 293N - Manchester/Concord. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street/W. Manchester. Follow through to the second set of lights, Catholic Medical Center will be on the left. Take a right onto Foundry Street.
